The Logging Engine Service module was the second module I constructed. This 30"x48" module depicts a run down facility full of clutter. Structures are all scratch built using the Printed Image Texture technique applied over foam-core board. The intent was to connect the module via the spur to a larger corner module where a logging operation was underway. However, that module never made it past the planning stages. For a number of years this module and the Frenda Mine module were displayed side by side in the NCNG Module layout. In 2011, at the Nation Model Railroad Convention, I entered this module, combined with the Frenda Mine Module, in the module contest. I was honored to receive the Best In Show Award for my efforts.
